a. What toy can you recommend for me?

b. How do I clean and store my toy?
  • Easy-peasy! Most waterproof toys can take a splash under running water with a dash of mild soap. Afterwards, pat them dry and tuck them away in a cool, dry spot – like your trusty closet or dresser.
c. I’m eyeing a toy on your shop, but it's sold out. Will it be back soon
  • Fingers crossed! Shoot us a message with your dream toy, and we'll do our best to restock them. No promises, but we're on it!

 

SHIPPING

a. Do you offer same-day pickup?
  • Heck yes! Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout, and we'll hit you up in 20-30 mins to arrange pickup. Don't forget to drop your mobile no. and email so we can reach you!
b. How about regular shipping? How long will it take?
  • Regular shipping via our partner courier is as follows:
    • P100 within Metro Manila, typically 1-3 days
    • P180 provincial, delivered in 4-7 days
c. Do you ship nationwide?
  • Absolutely! We're spreading the love far and wide.
d. Do you ship worldwide?
  • Not just yet, but we've got big dreams and a suitcase ready! Stay tuned for worldwide shipping updates.

 

WARRANTY/RETURNS

  • Your satisfaction is our priority! Our 30-day local manufacturer's warranty covers factory defects, such as issues with the battery, motor, and charging. Please note that damage due to negligence and natural wear and tear from old age is not covered.
