Once the order has been confirmed and paid, buyers book a courier to pick up the order from our location. Pick-up for same-day delivery orders must be made between 2 pm and 11 pm.

Please note that same-day delivery is only available within our delivery areas, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We recommend contacting the courier directly to get an estimated delivery time.

For provincial and non-same-day orders, we process and book deliveries immediately after payment has been received. While delivery times will vary depending on your location, we provide customers with an estimated delivery time when they place their order. Once their delivery has been booked, our assigned courier will pick up the parcel the next day.

We use trusted courier services to deliver all of our orders, and we provide a tracking number for each order to ensure that you can track the delivery status of your purchase. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
